“I got into this work because I believe we can positively impact our health in profound ways with the help of natural medicines.  I believe we have much greater control of our health than Western Medicine leads us to believe.”

Angela has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for over 10 years, focusing on women’s health and fertility to help women conceive, eliminate pain, and address conditions such as endometriosis and infertility using Chinese-style acupuncture and proven ancient techniques such as cupping, gwa sha, and moxabustion.

She received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture is licensed in Massachusetts, and certified through The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). A lifelong student, she has attended the Integrative Infertility Symposium, and has studied with some of the top specialists in Eastern Gynecology and Obstetrics such as Brandon Horn, Debra Betts, Jane Lyttleton, Ray Rubio and Randine Lewis, as well as trained with some of Massachusetts’s most highly skilled acupuncturists, including Bo-In Lee of The New Life Health Center in Jamaica Plain and Dr. Richard Tan.

As a board member of Resolve New England, Angela has connected and worked with the top fertility professionals in Boston, expanding the strong relationships she has cultivated in the fertility community throughout her career. This broad network enables her to personally connect her patients with resources that best support their needs.

And, as a new mom to a baby girl conceived via IVF, she has first-hand knowledge of facing infertility — the protocols, the pain, the frustration, the fear. Angela brings a deep level of compassion and insight to her treatments, drawing upon her experience and expertise to build individualized, feel-good plans with her patients that help improve fertility and are easy to implement and stick to.

A Maine native, Angela loves to be outdoors, especially on the water. She lives in Belmont with her wife, her daughter Lennon, and their beagle dog, Boomer.

Angie’s Own Fertility Story

“I know the joy and the devastation and how quickly you can go from one to the other, what it’s like to take all the supplements and give up your favorite foods, to never be able to plan a vacation because of constant pending IVF cycles, to sit across from a doctor when they tell you the statistics. I know what it’s like to feel like a number… but I also know what it’s like to hang in there, to hold onto hope and persevere.
