Concerned about the health of pregnancy?
Can’t turn off the stream of anxious thoughts in your head?
Worried about how you will balance parenthood with all your other responsibilities?
Anxious about how the birth will be?
Feeling stressed and overwhelmed in your pregnancy?

You’re not alone and you can create a more peaceful pregnancy.

This four-part group will be an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and learn

  • how to stay in the present moment and not get caught up in “what if” and worries about the future;
  • how to use breath work, yoga poses, and body-centered practices;
    pressure points to calm the nervous system and soothe the mind;
  • about resources to feel supported while navigating prenatal care and how to communicate with providers.

You’ll leave with a comprehensive toolkit of strategies that you’ve practiced during the group and can draw upon throughout the rest of your pregnancy, the birth, and into motherhood.

Facilitated by Laurie Ganberg, LICSW, a therapist specializing in supporting women in the childbearing year, and Angela Bell, L. Ac., an acupuncturist specializing in women’s health, fertility, and pregnancy.
